This blend is energising and uplifting while at the same time indulgent and robust.  The rose and cardamon combination is a match made in heaven and the fragrance alone will leave you transported to a Middle Eastern market filled with the heady aroma of Turkish Delight and sweet chocolate. The earth quality of Kapha types in ayurveda loves sweetness and this tea will not disappoint even without the addition of sweetener. 
 
We recommend cracking the cardomom pods in a pestle and mortar or with the back of a spoon to release the healing properties of these seed pods before brewing. We don’t do this in advance because we want your tea to be as powerful and fresh as possible.
