A premium, organic, loose leaf tea to support your wellbeing. So many factors impact our immunity from the quality of sleep you’re getting to diet and even the company you keep (ever heard the expression ‘your vibe attacts your tribe?’) and although some of these factors cannot be controlled we can take certain steps to support strong immunity.  
 
This tea is one step in the right direction!  If you are feeling run down or recovering from being under the weather this tea is for you.  It’s also great for children, and for them you may wish to add a little honey (make sure the tea has cooled a little before adding the honey) alternatively you could add maple syrup. 
 
We recommend cracking the cardomom pods in a pestle and mortar or with the back of a spoon to release the healing properties of these seed pods before brewing. We don’t do this in advance because we want your tea to be as powerful and fresh as possible.
